Selecting Files to Retrieve

You can retrieve a specific file or folder by name using the Search function. You can search in any category for specific files and select them to be retrieved. If you are searching a large number of files, the retrieve screen displays a progress bar as it completes the search.

After searching the drive you selected, the Retrieve screen displays one of the following:

To select the content you want to retrieve:

  1. Click the file category button to display the files found in that category.
  2. Click the option (check box) for each file you want to retrieve to your computer. If multiple versions of the file are displayed, selected the version or versions you want to retrieve.
  3. Click Start Retrieving to begin retrieving the desired files.

To choose other content:

Click Reselect Destination to return to the Select a Destination for Retrieved Files screen.
