Completing File Retrieval
When the retrieval process is completed, a message appears to indicate the status of the retrieval process. The following messages may appear at the top of the window.
- File retrieval complete. Retrieval completed normally. All the files and folders you selected for retrieval were successfully copied to the retrieve destination you selected.
- Partial retrieval accomplished. Some of the files or folders you selected for the retrieve operation were not successfully copied to the retrieve destination. In this case, an additional message, Files Not Backed Up appears, and provides a link to display the files not retrieved.
To link to the files that are not retrieved:
- Click the View Files link (available at the top of the window or to the left of the Data Retrieved gauge) to display a list of files that were not backed up. The file name, size, date, and reason is displayed. The following reason messages may appear:
- Destination Full. Your computer's hard drive is full; no disk space is available for any retrieved files.
- Not Enough Room for Retrieval: Your computer's hard drive is almost full, and there is not enough space for all your retrieved files.
